EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:​

• This is an outdoor event.

• All tents must be the color WHITE.

• All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and any other supplies they may need.

• No Electricity can be provided.

• All generators must be 70db or less.

• All food & beverage vendors must comply with the DuPage County Health Department and The Village of Carol Stream.

• Vendors are required to be selling from 10am - 4pm.

• Any vendors who decide to leave early or cancel will not be invited back and will forfeit their future event fees.

• Vendor Set-Up Window: 8am - 10am

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:​

• Payment for all selected dates is due in full at time of contract signing.

• Vendors who participate in all dates will receive 10% off their total bill.

• All booth fees must be paid with in 10 days contract signing.

• Failure to meet this deadline will result in contract termination.

• No refunds are provided for any reason.

• Payments are non-transferrable.
