Important Update: November & December 2026 Event Format Change

 

Dear Valued Vendors,

 

We want to inform you about a significant change regarding our Holiday events in November and December 2026. After careful consideration, we have decided to omit the heated tents for these months due to the rising costs associated with maintaining them. 

 

Due to the rising costs of the tents, an increase in booth fees to $550 per tent vendor was necessary to make this setup feasible for 2026. However, we believe this price would be too high for our vendors to be profitable.

 

To ensure that our valued community can still enjoy these beloved holiday events, we have opted to change the format to a one-day pop-up event. This new format aims to create the vibrant atmosphere that you have come to love where vendors can showcase their products effectively, while keeping costs manageable for everyone involved.

 

We appreciate your understanding and support as we adapt to these changes. Our goal is to continue providing a fantastic experience for all participants, and we are excited about this new direction.

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • All tents must be the color WHITE..

  • This is an outdoor event and will go on rain, shine, or snow.

  • All vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs, and any other supplies needed.

  • No electricity can be provided.

  • All generators must be 70db or less.

  • All food & beverage vendors must comply with the Kane County Health Dept. requirements and the Village of North Aurora.

  • Vendors are required to be open from 10am until 6pm. 

  • Vendors must be prepared to sell in the dark.

  • Vendors are encouraged to dress their tent with lights and holiday decorations.

  • Any vendors who decide to leave early or no show will not be invited back and forfeit their future event fees.

  • The only vehicles allowed in the event area are mobile boutiques and food trucks.

  • All mobile boutiques and food trucks are required to be set on the lot by 8am.

  • Tent Vendors can access their booth by foot after 8am.​

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Payment for all selected dates is due in full at time of contract signing. 

  • Vendors who participate in both dates will receive 10% off their total bill.

  • All booth fees are due with in 10 business days.

  • Failure to meet this deadline will result in contract termination,

  • No refunds will be provided for any reason.

  • Payments are non-transferrable.
